These closed sales bring the total closed inventory in Coral Gables to $188,325,382. This number is well out-performing last years sales, and with another $84,026,300 in pending sales, the pace of sales is not showing signs of slowing.</p>
<p style="text-align: center">The active inventory has been decreasing over the past few months as well. There are currently 460 homes on the market in the Gables totaling just over $982 million.</p>
