25 Tahiti Beach is back on the market after being taken off temporarily. Back on September 5, 2008 I wrote a blog that shows the price at $6.5 million. It has just been re-listed for $4.9 Million. There are only 2 other listings on Tahiti beach: 17 Tahiti Beach $8 M and 23 Tahiti Beach $7.8 M
