The average sale price of the homes below is $318 per square foot. This is down $2 per square foot from the last 30 day sale period. Coral Gables is still maintaining the 80 + pending sales. Which means that as sales transition from pending to closed, new pending sales are taking their place. Good new for the real estate market!
