Pending Sales on the Rise in Coral Gables
There are now 80, that’s right 80 pending sales in Coral Gables. My last blog post on May 1st reports 77 pending sales. 43 of these sales have pended within the last 30 days.
The pending home list prices range from $ 178,000 to $ 12.7 Million. It seems quite a few buyers and investors have decided now is the time to make their move.
