What a great time to be a buyer! Over the past few weeks, we have had numerous requests to look into short sales and foreclosures. This tells me that people are beginning to look for the bottom of prices. So what kind of deals are out there? Well the deals are everywhere. It does not have to be a short sale or forclosure to get a good deal. If you are in the market for a home the best step to take is to get a Realtor working for you. The fact is that some of these homes are selling for less that half price! You and I will probably never see this kind of market again in our life time. Real Estate should be thought of as an investment for the long run…If you buy a house today at a steal price (which is very possible) you will be looking at a decent return on you money!
