Upon retirement he moved to Miami and began purchasing land, and at one time owned 1/8 of Miami Dade County, making him the third richest individual in the world by. Journey’s End is one of his first communities, is 20 minutes from the airport and three popular city/communities: Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and South Miami, with the best supporting amenities and schools.
